Meet the Founders

Hi, my name is Victoria Stoy, Lead Interior Decorator and Co-Founder of Your Design Firm.

For as long as I can remember, design has been part of my life. Ever since middle school, I knew I wanted to be a designer. I used to rearrange furniture, sketch out dream rooms, and obsess over the details that turn a space into a sanctuary. After years of working on and off in the design world, I finally left my 9–5 to pursue this passion full-time—and Your Design Firm was born. Whether I’m picking the perfect set of pillowcases or planning a whole-home transformation, I bring the same level of energy, care, and creativity to every project.

Meet my husband & co-founder, Luke Stoy.

While I focus on the creative and decorative side, Luke brings the practical magic. He manages the business operations, oversees contractor coordination, and handles all things audio/visual—whether that means planning your entertainment space or integrating smart tech seamlessly into your home. His eye for function, structure, and clean execution makes him an essential part of the team. Behind the scenes or onsite, Luke plays a huge role in making sure each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
