How It Works: The First Look Process

Step 1: Virtual Design Consultation
We start with a 60 minute virtual meeting via Google Meet. During the call, you can show us your space through photos, video, or live walkthrough—whichever you’re comfortable with. We’ll listen to your questions and concerns, learn about your style goals, and provide real-time advice tailored to your space and lifestyle.
Step 2: Expert Insight & Live Suggestions
Throughout the consultation, we’ll offer feedback on layout, color options, furniture placement, design direction, and where to shop for the best pieces. We’ll help you make decisions that feel aligned with your vision and budget—so you don’t have to second-guess or go it alone.
Step 3: Follow-Up Summary & Visual Support
After the session, you’ll receive a detailed follow-up email summarizing everything we discussed. This includes clear next steps, a list of ideas or recommendations, and 3 Different 3D Rendering views of the space that visually communicates one key design concept from our session. You’ll leave with a plan in hand—and the inspiration to move forward confidently.

Whether you’re preparing for guests, staging your home to sell, or simply need help pulling things together, we offer the creative direction to elevate your space without the cost or commitment of a full renovation.
How It Works: The Style & Stage Process
Elevate your space with professional guidance—without starting from scratch.
Step 1: Design Consultation (Virtual or In-Person)
We begin with a 90-minute consultation, either virtually or in your home. During this session, we walk through your space (physically or digitally), talk through your goals, and assess what items you already have that we can repurpose or feature. We explore your personal style, lifestyle needs, and the best opportunities to improve the look and feel of your room.
Step 2: Design Concept Development
After the consultation, we create a tailored mood board that visually defines your room’s style and atmosphere. Alongside that, we develop a custom furniture layout to reconfigure the room in a way that’s functional, intentional, and visually balanced. This step ensures we’re enhancing what you already own, while building around it with new pieces and updated styling ideas.
Step 3: Curated Shopping & Visual Rendering
Next, we curate a shopping list of carefully chosen items—such as rugs, lighting, pillows, artwork, and accent pieces—that pair beautifully with your existing furnishings. To help you see the transformation before you commit, we provide a 3D Walkthrough of your space, showcasing how the new elements will come together. You’ll get one round of revisions to refine the vision and make sure everything fits just right.
Step 4: Final Plan & Easy Implementation
Once the design is approved, you’ll receive a clear, clickable shopping list so you can purchase the recommended items at your convenience. You’ll also receive a styling guide with tips on how to place, arrange, and style each piece. For local clients, we offer the option of in-person styling to ensure every item is perfectly placed for that final, finished touch.

Step 3: Product Sourcing

Step 4: Premium 3D Walkthroughs + Renderings
To help you visualize the design, we create lifelike 3D renderings featuring real product selections, textures, materials, and lighting. It’s a virtual walkthrough that brings your room to life—before you buy a thing.
Step 5: Feedback & Revisions (3 Included)
You’ll have the chance to review everything and provide feedback. We include up to three rounds of revisions so we can refine every detail and make sure everything feels just right before moving forward.

Once finalized, you’ll receive a clickable product list with links to shop every item. That way you can purchase at your own pace.
